I cleared unit B89 from a unit auction on 2.25.2026 and was SHOCKED at the lack of pest control at this facility. I have done MANY storage auctions & never seen mice infestation like this. Sadly nothing in this unit was salvaged as items were COVERED in droppings & urine & even dead mice under items! I have MULTIPLE PHOTOS! I notified & showed these photos to the employee at the office on Feagin and she agreed it was "gross". The smell was almost unbearable. Thankfully, I had gloves to work with!
