Very friendly, very accommodating, the units are clean, well kept, and the property is maintained and well kept. I moved from California to Tennessee and they made it absolutely easy for my movers to transfer my items into two storage units even after hours. It helped me get to Tennessee and I am so happy I found them.

I used the Brentwood Stor N Lok from June -August, after a lot of research. I couldn't believe all of the issues I was reading about the other storage locations, so I decided to used this business. I was very happy with the amazing customer service. Jan and Emily are amazing. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made sure I was happy with my storage unit. I felt the prices were very reasonable. I would use this business again for any of my storage needs.

I've had a storage unit here for about a year and just leased another one. The staff is friendly, easygoing, and they actually care about the security of what they store.
