Using them is like pulling teeth to get them to approve my medication on a monthly basis that is on auto refill that I must have twice a day every 12 hours for the rest of my life. Every month it's a problem for them to approve. It takes them from 5 to 14 days to approve every month. Why is that when the medication is on auto refill?
