Paid for premium oil change, none of the fluids where topped off, and I was out of oil in 2 months, called them about it they tried to say I had an oil leak, I told them I do not, then they tried to say they didn't top off fluids because they were full, I checked the fluids before I brought it in and seeing they were all low is why I asked for a premium oil change, I told them this and he screamed at me he had heard enough, to take my car somewhere else then and hung up, this is the second time this has happened with my vehi... read more

Very weird- called yesterday to confirm they have a tire size I needed, spoke to a lady that said there was few avaiable. I come next morning and he says they don’t have any. Somerthing isn’t right- no way they ran out that fast.

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my mother, who took her car to Brentwood Service today (July 15, 2025). Not only was the issue with her car not fixed, but she was still charged in full. When she explained she didn’t feel it was right to pay for a repair that wasn’t completed, the owner responded by cursing at her. To make matters worse, he refused to return her car unless she paid the full balance effectively holding her vehicle hostage. My sister had to send her the money just so she could get her car back. I’m speaking out as the daughter and lawyer of a woman who was treated with hostility and a total lack of professionalism at Brentwood Service Center in High Point, NC. She had previously taken her car in for a repair and paid in full. After getting the car back, the same issue she paid to have fixed was still happening just hours after leaving the shop. Brentwood Service is a scam!!! My mom took her car to get a battery terminal put on and a thermostat. She goes to pick up her car and she immediately says her car sounds horrible. They tell her she needs a catalytic converter. I asked her did someone remove it? She says she thought they did. For one reason or another she pays for a diagnostic test and they tell her she needs spark plugs. She gets the spark plugs.
