I contacted this company for an Aqua Hot service. I was informed that the travel price was $350 and that there was an hourly rate of $250 and that the job was likely a 2 hour job. I scheduled the appointment for the following week. I then receive a text message (most all communication was via text) that my appointment was with a Scott (tech) and that I was first for the day (Monday 1/19/26).
