They take special care of your pet!
DO NOT BOARD HERE!!! They canceled my reservation 3 days before Thanksgiving. I had to cancel all my travel plans, and my family was completely devastated. There are tons of other boarding places nearby, but with such short notice they were all full. With this level of poor customer service, I wouldn't trust my pets with these people - and you shouldn't either. There are plenty of other places to choose from.
Brentwood Pet Resort is the only place I allow my foster dogs to stay when their foster parents are on vacation. I have no worries. Love the staff and the resort
I am very pleased with the boarding services my dog received at Brentwood Pet Resort. This is the first place I’ve left my dog without hesitation. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. Customer service was awesome. Jazz is so kind, personable, and professional. It was easy to book my dog’s stay, paperwork and everything went smoothly. I will definitely bring my fur baby here again.
