This is the third time I have boarded him at Brentwood Pet Resort. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. My dog was treated very well and he seems to have enjoyed his 17 day stay.
What a great first time experience my fur baby had! Our family is new to the area and was looking for a nice place for pet boarding. Boy did we find the perfect pet resort. The facility is wonderful, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and I can tell our fur baby had a great stay. The location is very convenient for us as well. Next visit I will definitely add extra services for his stay. And the convenience of having vaccinations was a bonus! Thank you all for treating our Kobe with live and care.

They take special care of your pet!
DO NOT BOARD HERE!!! They canceled my reservation 3 days before Thanksgiving. I had to cancel all my travel plans, and my family was completely devastated. There are tons of other boarding places nearby, but with such short notice they were all full. With this level of poor customer service, I wouldn't trust my pets with these people - and you shouldn't either. There are plenty of other places to choose from.
