I waited to see how this scenario panned out before I wrote this review and now I can see that BP has zero credibility, specifically regarding billing practices and insurance claims. We sent our child in two weeks ago with her grandmother and called ahead requesting that she ONLY BE TESTED FOR STREP. The secretary said she would write it in her notes and relay it to the doctor. Sure enough, they tested her for Covid, the flu, and strep. We called numerous times and never got a call back, they kept stating that the billing ma... read more
I am grateful that FINALLY doctors and nurses sanitize their hands before examining a child, without being asked to by the parent. BUT, when they use gloves they touch EVERYTHING! Countertops, computers, door handles, even cabinets to throw away trash. They will actually leave the room, then return with the SAME (now contaminated) gloves on and proceed to touch your child! Gloves should be changed or hands should be sanitized EACH TIME healthcare professionals re-enter the room!!! So simple. This would be such an easy way to... read more
Wonderful Practice!
Out of all the pediatrics I’ve encountered, this has to be my favorite. All of the staff in the front were super conversational and kind! Along with Dr. Sarah Hill being one of the best Doctor’s as well. Great experience and would love to continue going here. 10/10!
