Ken and Brian have been such a helpful maintenance team! They reply and repair very quickly and have been very nice to work with!
It's my fault honestly - they kept failing to communicate during the application process. Then we started a whole series: 3 months (over summer, 100+ degree weather) to get a functional a/c; a failure to address unidentified yellow oil leaking from my walls; a nonfunctional laundry room for almost a month; they unplug my security camera when they enter my unit; broken stair railings that don't get fixed; and when you go to the office, one person threatens you physically while the other tells you to stop intimidating them.
