I have never experienced such poor customer service before. The appointment scheduling and waiting times are extremely disappointing. I had an appointment booked for 11:10 AM, yet I was left waiting for over 1.5 hours before being seen. Unfortunately, this has not been a one-time occurrence—it happens every time I visit this clinic. I am appalled by the treatment I received from Dr Ganga during a phone appointment. I booked the appointment specifically because I urgently needed an important document completed by my GP. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told she would “see if she had time” to sign it. It is difficult to understand why a patient would be expected to book and attend an appointment only to be told that the matter may or may not be addressed depending on whether the doctor has time. I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but for the sake of others, I feel compelled to do so. Dr. Maryam Delavari is, without a doubt, the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Upon waiting for an hour, she hastily directed us to the nurse without even bothering to inquire about our medical concern.
