This is the worst family practice I have attended. Takes over an hour to be seen by dr ganga for a simple checkup. What’s the use of booking an appointment time when they can’t stick to it! They need to do better! I have since changed practices and never ever have to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen!
The staff are kind and it's easy to get an appointment, but the wait times are quite long. I waited for more than an hour each time,which was frustrating. I hope they can improve on managing appointment times better.
