I couldn’t even get them to keep their appointments! Unprofessional staff who sets appointments for assessments and never follow through. I will save my family the troubles and find a better solution because incompetence and unprofessional during times like these has no room for compromises. I have been scheduled 3 x and received calls the next day and 3 hours later as if my time isn’t important.
