He is Al way there when I need him. He knows how to treat my problems. I trust him as my advocate.
The communication skills of office and clinical staff at Brentwood Medical Group leaves a lot to be desired. They should work to clarify the information they give to patients. I take my eldery mother to see Dr. Scott Phillips and he is difficult, argumentative and arrogant - and what's more he's unhelpful. I don't have any experience with the other doctors at this office, but I would not recommend Dr. Phillips. Go and see someone who's a lot nicer and more helpful. Just my opinion.
He is absolutely horrible and doesn't accept or care about ADA people! He made a patient come into the office and spend $150 just to see a piece of paper that was asked to be signed concerning ADA relief. Instead He or the office could of had it faxed or emailed to them ahead of time like my doctors office to look at it first... instead he made her make an appointment for a physical just to tell her he didn't agree that she is deaf and hard of hearing to sign the paperwork!!!.
Needed to see a doctor after moving to a new city due to longtime chronic pain. Went to see Dr Carnivale and explained my past 8 years of medical issues and tests regarding this pain. I told him about my history with kidney stones, and how this felt like that. The doctor completely ignored me, disregarded what I felt the issue could be, and instead offered me a booster shot for tetanus and sent me on my way. 3 days later I (painfully) passed a kidney stone the size of a jelly bean. I totally disagree with previous negative posters. Dr. Carnivale is a caring doctor who has on many occasions helped me with everything from high blood pressure and severe illness to hives and diverticulosis. I've been seeing him for 20 years and trust him implicitly!
