I purchased a home from Eastern Homes. It was ridiculously over priced, the home has countless flaws that nobody wants to take responsibility for correcting. The ink isn't dry on the paperwork before they forget you. Punch out lists are a waste of time since Eastern takes no pride in the homes they sell.
