This is my 3rd experience with Jet Black and they didn’t disappoint! Mike was amazing and I can’t recommend them enough! I am so happy they opened in Alameda! They are top notch! Update: This is not my review. It was posted without my consent. The tint placed on my windows was not ceramic and I had to have it removed and replaced after a year. Alameda Jet Black did the work. Michael you are scandalous!
Don’t recommend this place. First had an appointment at 9:30am on a Saturday, but there was no one at the shop and no one was answering the phone. Around 10am the shop was opened and I was informed that my car may not be finished due to short staffing which is 100% okay. I left and was expecting a call waiting 4 hours as I was quoted online that the car would be finished in 2-3 hours. 4pm comes around and still no call, so I tried calling a few times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. False advertisement and horrible customer service. I was quoted a $99 special for 5 windows WHICH INCLIDED the driver and passenger windows, back passenger windows and rear view windows. I booked my appointment several days in advance. However when I arrived a man comes outside and explains that the deal I was quoted is NOT for the front 2 windows and to add those in would be an extra $100.
