Has been a complete disaster for my family and I. Keeps getting worse! We're stuck in a literal Hell. They mismanage money and stick the owners with the fees! I've been a resident of Brentwood since1996 and a renter at Brentwood Forest for 6 years. I have always thought highly of the community and have enjoyed the landscaping, outdoor care, and snow removal however, nothing has been the same since a new management company came on about 1.5 yrs. ago. After a large snow early in the week, we went without snow removal 4 days and our sideway was cleaned. Love the centered yet quiet location. The ground has always been kept nicely. But the previous management and office was the worst among the worst that they usually don't fix the damage no matter how serious it might be and if you were not a realtor for Brentwood forest or someone they think they could ignore with. Fast forward to now we had the new management that has to pick up the mess from the previous one and plus the insurance went up for most the codon properties. We paid big amount assessments for it. Worst board and management HOA in existence. They literally overspend by millions of dollars due to complete incompetence, refuse to touch any reserve funds, stick the owners with a surprise bill in the thousands and then increase fees by 30% for next year to top it all off. They also stopped doing any repairs on the units for months. If their goal is to drive everyone out so they can bulldoze the whole thing they're doing a good job, otherwise I wish I could give 0 stars.
