2026: The owners forum was helpful. We moved in on the bad/up turn of things depending on how you look at it. Beware of SELF governed HOAs. This one no longer is and with CPM coming in along with our president Stephanie. This place is looking on the up and up. Has been a complete disaster for my family and I. Keeps getting worse! We're stuck in a literal Hell. They mismanage money and stick the owners with the fees! As owners we had to pay our mortgage and $800 HOA fees because the last....oh wait...current Board members were negligent in voting to get things done.
