Nobody's goona pick up the phone at front desk? Been with this clinic for years and it's getting worse and worse to make appointment with them!!! Switch if you can!
Poor accessibility to book appointments!!! The only way to book appointments is via phone calls. It’s like a lottery trying to get through to the reception. I’ve had to call at random times during operational hours and minimally wait on the phone for 30 minutes if I’m lucky. This is a huge deterrent for people and unfortunately an ongoing issue that the clinic has not addressed.
This place used to be good. But I don't know what happened in the past year. Now calling the front desk to make appointments has become a challenge itself. It is common to wait anywhere between 30-60 minutes or even more to have your phone call picked up and answered. This is ridiculous.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Front Desk Staff: Pallavi, at Brentwood Medical Clinic. She was incredibly warm, caring, and went above and beyond to accommodate our appointment needs. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help truly made a difference in our experience.
