I visited Brentwood Dental for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I arrived with a tooth ache and a great deal of apprehension as I avoid dental visits. The team did a fantastic job of working with me to reduce the apprehension, determine the issue, and resolving the issue. Dr Shivji was great. He met with me first & identified the issue & ensured the short term pain was dealt with effectively. He then referred me to Dr Safa who diagnosed the situation and completed the required work. I’ve now had three appointments with Dr. Shivji and couldn’t be more grateful. He has helped me immensely while being very empathetic and accommodating. It is very clear he truly cares about the health and wellbeing of his patients, which has helped with anxiety I used to have when getting dental work. The front desk staff has always been friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend coming here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dental experience is always great but the receptionist are consistently rude. I understand you are at work and it can be difficult to deal with customer service issues but I have had consistent rude interactions with the ladies at the front. Watch your tone and the way you communicate with people because at the end of the day we are all human and it is quite literally your job to help customers. I shouldn't feel like my questions are stupid when I simply ask if I can pay on spot, or when I call to cancel my appointment. Abso... read more
