Everyone here is very supportive of one another and wants you to succeed. It’s a no frills gym with all the equipment you need to build strength and balance. I started at BB in summer of 25, I love the atmosphere but most of all I love how knowledgeable the coaches are. They program to your specific needs or wants and tweak any programming at your request. Everyone I’ve met has been very friendly and welcoming. If you love lifting and want to see progress this is a great place to start and stay. I would recommend this gym to anyone from young to old.
