They were really busy but they finished quickly. I wasn’t happy with a few areas and returned to speak with Cole and Koffi. They were VERY nice and went back over the problem areas for me. I appreciate the length they went to for good customer service. It’s so rare these days.
After being detailed I inspected the interior of the vehicle from the drivers side door but I did not walk around the entire car to inspect the outside. I drove directly to the gas station and when filling my tank on the other side I realized that there was a HUGE white scratch along the entire side of the car, with a large dent on the rear panel. I was very excited to try this place and VERY let down. I just got home and the entire back of my crossover was not wiped down not was it even touched with a vacuum. I then went to get a T-shirt off the front passenger seat to carry in my house, and the seat was still full of dirt and crumbs and NEVER touched with a vacuum. My seats are leather. My seats were wet, my floor mats were wet and I had to pick up papers on the floor...
Been a few times and over half the time I don't feel I got what I paid for. Won't go back after them leaving grease or dirt or something on the headliner of my New car. Very disappointed 😞.
I bought the MOST expensive wash & then paid $10 for dog hair cleanup. They did a mediocre job & there’s still dog hair everywhere. Then while I was waiting a worker insisted on mopping the floor with a moldy smelling mop & cleaner. I left feeling dissatisfied & nauseous. I will NOT be back.
RecommendedOutstanding job. Just make sure they do not run their brushes over your painted surfaces. That is not good for any car
Customer service ranks up there with Comcast. After waiting 50 minutes for my car, the whole back section had not been touched by a vacuum. I spoke with the manager and all he said was well, it happens. We have new employees. I told him I felt I deserved more than that at this point. He asked like what? I said perhaps a credit of some sort. He said oh no I can't do that. Then he offered that it would not happen again. He is correct, because I will not go back to Brentwood Auto Wash again.
Got a Wunderwash today and my truck is sparkling clean inside and out!
