An amazing company with amazing staff.
Do NOT let your loved ones move into this horrendous place. The last 2 months have been a nightmare for my mother and the nightmare is finally over after successfully moving her to a loving home. After an initial meeting with Shay, the head of nursing, we requested a follow up after someone entered my mom's room without permission and took her medicine box. This place is toxic due largely to poor HR decision making. The company fears getting sued by employees and therefore allow terrible staff to remain working while the great staff members quit and move on to other opportunities. If you want a happy, friendly, supportive work culture, stay away from Wentworth.
