Sade : Very informative, interacts with all memory care residents, excellent listener, excellent speaker, need more employees like her.
Had a meeting with their sales director today, she was very difficult to understand and rushed through the tour. Overall she was very rude, didn’t smile, nice facility but couldn’t get past what a bad salesperson she was. I’m sure it won’t matter with the demand for assisted living facilities, but thought it should be mentioned what a poor job she did.
