The caregivers and aides, for the most part, are very compassionate, caring and attentive, doing a very difficult job. However the quality of the medical care at this facility is very poor, and communication between the medical staff and family is very spotty.
Look elsewhere for your loved one. They are only interested in your money. They are short-staffed so quality of care promised is not delivered. They only have a doctor visit once per month. they take their time in reimbursing money yet will charge a fee if you are late.
