He's says he works with you but still evict after you catch up. Water has a lot of hard water tht yu can't even just boil. The restroom floor stayed warped since I moved in, As well as constant water pouring from the tub whether your using the bottom the top shower pours out too. Restroom continues to grow mold even tho I try to spray it! The if your AC UNIT has mold revealing on the vents. I DONT RECOMMEND!
Ive currently been here for 2 years. It’s affordable, all bills paid, the owner really works with you. It may look like terrible apartments but it’s actually not that bad. It’s mostly quiet, its close too the park, and a restaurant, and other places. This is honestly a starter for people trying to save and better their lives.
I like the apartment good management me and my dad stayed for 2 years great space to live in
