THIS IS THE KIND OF WATER YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL BATH IN THEY DONT WANT TO FIX THE PIPES THATS CAUSING THE WATER TO BE THAT COLOR YOU HAVE TO RUN THE WATER FOR 15 MINUTES EACH TIME YOU WANNA USE IT THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING I AM GLADE I MOVED OUT WHEN I DID THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE TEAM EVEN WORST ! MY KIDS HAD A HORRIBLE REACTION TO THERE SKIN DUE TO THE WATER SUPPLY DEBORAH THE MANGER TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL BUT THE CITY OF LA PALMA STATED OTHERWISE.

Infamous Deborah, we called her. She is racist and very retaliate. She filed a lawsuit against my 70 year old korean mother, where she never skipped any rent for 9 plus years. The corporation is behind with her, and they won't acknowledge her wrongdoing. Deborah and her husband also stole tenants' guest TV that was outside of the unit. She has 2 lawsuits against her. We are filing 2 more for her purgery and racial discrimination. This property has homeless people sleeping by the mailbox every night. Stay away!
Deborah was amazing and she was very accommodating towards me and my boyfriend when we moved in! It was our first time moving somewhere together and she made it super easy and stress free!
Clean pools, parking for tenants, managers are friendly and quick to fix issues.
