Managed very poorly..they are money hungry and quick to give out violations for EVERYTHING and take you to court even if your less than a month late in rent
In the three years that I have lived at brentwood the park has gone through five managers and my rent has increased over \$150.00. For the price of lot rent + water & sewer charges you could own your own home on your own property!!! highly advise against moving into Brentwood!
This area has gone downhill. The kids that live here are unruly and rude. They are destructive to property and have no respect for anything. Not a good place to live.
