My husband and I went here one time. We have fantastic insurance and paid our co-pay at the time of visit. 6 months later we are getting calls from debt collectors not just to me, but to my brother in a different state as well. We never got a letter, email, call, or notification of any kind that there was a balance before it was sent to debt collection. We do not take this lightly as it affects our credit. My husband nor I will ever come here again.
Went in on a Sunday and asked for a full panel STD test, they said no problem. I did the blood and urine and before I left asked the physician just to be sure, "you guys are testing for everything right?". She said yes. Three days later I see my results; they didn't test for HSV. "It's an add-on" I was told when calling to question what happened. "You'll have to come back again to get that test", as if the apparently extra cost couldn't be disclosed to me when I wanted all the work done that day. No thank you.
This place sucks. Avoid.
A really excellent experience here!! From the front desk to the back, it was truly a professional, friendly, efficient and an incredibly smooth experience. The initial nurse taking my bf’s vitals and his EKG was wonderful and the Physician’s Assistant was knowledgeable and straightforward (in the best way!) And btw, this is coming from a veterinarian (medical professionals tend to critique so many more aspects of a clinic experience). Over $200 just to get looked at??? Not even to be helped, just to have someone examine you?!! Absolutely unconscionable. The state of healthcare in this country is so absurdly sad.
