After one year since I purchased this 2 million dollar home.Very low quality heating system had to be replaced 10000.00.Air conditioners are too small to cool house properly need to buy bigger air conditioner.Located several gas leaks in crawl space ( SCARY).Electrical panel had burnt wires from not being properly tightened ( VERY DANGEROUS CLOSE TO HAVING A FIRE).The house is still settling creaking and noises especially at night very noticeable.I could go on but you get the message,DO NOT GET A HOUSE BUILT BY THIS COMPANY.... read more
