Brent took my Subaru in for a diagnostic check late same day and without an appointment. John was able to help us out and give us peace of mind that we’d be able to continue on our journey through the beautiful maritimes and safely make it back home. We are Ontario residents and came for a road trip out east with PEI being our final destination. At 6pm, we quickly found out we had a very flat tire. We called over a dozen mechanics in the area and Brent and his colleagues picked up the phone despite being closed 15 mins earlier. They offered to see us immediately and fixed the tire in 10 minutes for a very unreasonable price (should’ve charged much much more!).
