We had a leak in our basement washroom & laundry room. Called Brent's Plumbing and spoke with Alyvia who was very helpful in getting a technician out to asses the issue. Nathan showed up and he discovered the leak was from the water line for my ice maker. He contacted the shop and they had the materials to replace the water line. My overall experience with Brent's Plumbing Inc. was amazing...all members of their team that I dealt with were courteous, respectful and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Our experience with Brent’s Plumbing Inc. was highly unsatisfactory. When the technician first arrived, he inspected the wrong area, despite being informed that the region had already recently inspected that section and cleared it. We specifically advised him to focus on a different area where the issue persisted, but this was ignored. He later requested to return on another day due to personal reasons, which we accommodated.
