I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I had a water heater repair that required a part not available in Cheyenne. The part was immediately ordered, received and installed the next day. My great granddaughter - a two year old toddler - had her warm shower that evening!
We called for a toilet fill valve replacement. Logan came out, replaced fill valve in 15 minutes , was charged $135 labor. Water in toilet bowl was absent. Called Logan to come back and adjust fill valve to bring water level in toilet bowl back to normal but he told us it could not be done and that we needed a new toilet. Turns out my wife was able to fix what the plumber could not. DO NOT USE BRENTS PLUMBING!! If they could hire my wife they would probably have more satisfied customers.
The best plumbing company in Cheyenne! Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clean. Relatively easy to get on their schedule too. They’ve done everything from faucet repair and install to troubleshooting leaks and plumbing related noises for us. We’ve used them for years and will happily continue to do so!
They do great work, Logan really takes care of you.
