I had an old, very well used riding mower whose engine died. I didn't want to buy new, as am planning to move soon and won't have much lawn anymore, so I talked with Brent's and they fixed it for me for a reasonable price. I took my mower in for repairs, and after over six weeks and multiple calls they replaced the transmission and rear wheels. Unfortunately, the wheels were assembled incorrectly, causing the pinion gear to strip after just one use. When I reached out for help, they refused to offer any assistance only stating you should have just bought a new mower. If you’re looking for reliable service, I strongly suggest taking your mower elsewhere

Went to their showroom to buy a string trimmer and was told the floor model was the only one available. I asked if they would order a new in-box trimmer but they flatly refused. I wasn’t making any unreasonable requests- only that I wanted to spend a significant amount of money and have a brand-new machine, not their floor model. I wanted to give this small business my money, but their unwillingness to help forced me to take my business elsewhere.
