I think they tried to help me with an emergency engine issue in 2024 but a couple years later my local mechanic found that they had left a cloth in my engine and didn't fasten on a hose to my radiator...so 2 stars for an attempt but follow through gets a one star.
I would rather go Denham Ford than Brentridge. Worst sales manager ever in the city.

I took my 2011 Ford Escape in for a Wheel Alignment (some vibration in the steering wheel) and was informed I need a Camber Kit to complete the process. I was given a quote for $1014 dollars. They claimed that never did anything, just tested it and provided a copy of it to me. I left the business and my SUV was not only worse, but the steering wheel was crooked (to the left) and the vehicle was hard to keep on the road and veered to the right.
