I bought a Groupon for this salon, called them for 5 days in a row and left a text message as they suggest in their recording. They answered next day providing zero support to schedule me. Apparently they can't do mornings or weekends - just Friday mornings which I can't. I considered cancelling an appointment to make it to their available time but the person texting with me left me hanging mid conversation. Awful customer service.
This review is waaay overdue but I had Lupita do my haircut and she was so nice and made sure I got exactly as I wanted. I looked fresh and beautiful. I did just a haircut and conditioning and blow dry. Got my deal on Groupon but I will be coming back! Wonderful experience! Thank you
I had an incredible experience at Brenton Lee salon on Friday. Lupita was the best hair stylist and colorist I’ve EVER worked with. She took her time to listen to my concerns about my hair color (random graying, prior highlights, at home root touch ups), then provided me with a few options allowing me to weigh the pros and cons of all. Lupita was amazing! I came to this salon for the first time and it was my first professional haircut in years. After a terrible haircut a few years ago I was hesitant to get another. Lupita did a great job and really listened to what I wanted! It turned out amazing she worked with such precision and care! She definitely knows what she’s doing!
I last visited in March for a haircut and balayage. The hairdresser wasn’t experienced in balayage still the owner allowed her to work with my hair. The haircolor did not match the reference picture I had shared and my other hairdresser told me that the balayage was not done properly even though I ended up paying $420+. My hair are now damaged and falling off due to bleaching.
