i called them 100 times and they installed my security system . its broke down over 1.5 years and nobody come to fix it. whenever i call him he make different excuses.. and mostly dont pickup phone too.. please dont get stuck with this company..
Josh did a fantastic job fixing our issues. He explained everything that he did.We are very satisfied .
Josh was on time, let me know about 30 minutes prior to arriving that he was on the way, wore a mask, explained everything he was doing, and had all the necessary equipment on hand. Overall very efficient, polite, and professional. Would highly recommend.
The security technician was beyond professional and extremely patient during the entire process, especially considering the fact that it was pouring rain and he had to replace the doorbell in an area with no head covering. In addition, he was courteous and quick!
