I bought a Brenthaven Prostyle shoulder case for my Macbook Pro 15" and am very pleased with it. Unfortunately after a while one of the zippers failed and the rubber of the shoulder strap showed signs of wear. After emailing photos of my case, Brenthaven immediately replaced it for free! That's what I call service and a customer centric respons. I've had my new bag for quite some time now and it is of excellent quality.

Great customer service. I have had to deal with merchandise giving out, than them had to email them for fixes. They honor their lifetime guarantee and promptly ship out replacements for their backpacks. Backpacks are good in the respect they have thick zippers, but the zippers are prone to break at the lining (their lining themselves)

Brenthaven bags are both stylish and sturdy. Haven’t had the need to buy a new bag for years thanks to them!
