The below is how I felt years ago and is a true account of my issues. I would have given 5 stars for my current treatment. I would advise people to avoid some other doctors there at all times. Since then, I have been under the care of Dr Parfitt. He has been absolutely brilliant, he listens and actually helps. He has been very supportive. Dr Bhatt is also great, very professional. I filled out a PACHS for and specified method of contact to be "text" and specified times I will not be able to answer contact, first they called me on the phone and second they called me during the times I said I can not be able to respond to their contact! Then, they just simply closed the request. It's a very good idea to ask how best to contact you, even better they ask you what times you can't answer but ifthey totally ignore your response to both, that's not good customer service.
