Set up an appointment in the morning for 6:15 pm that day, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. When I went to the office space listed on the website (161 Ottawa Ave NW Suite 206, Grand Rapids, MI), nobody was there! I tried calling the listed number (the same one I had spoken to earlier) and nobody picked up! I stood outside of the office for another 10 minutes thinking there had been a miscommunication, and still nobody was there.
