Great service and very knowledgeable!
Mr Trussell has been doing my taxes for years. He stays on top of everything until the process has been completed. He makes sure to communicate throughout the process and always responds promptly when I leave messages for him. He moves quickly and is very reasonably priced.
They are reasonably priced, have friendly staff & he was very helpful on making sure he had all of my information before completing. If you need someone friendly, honest and efficient, then this is your place. I'll be going back in a month :)
I used Brent Trussell for 3 years he did a good job but the last Tax year 2016 he, lost my Tax filing number, so instead of filing for me he let me think it was filed. I wait to receive my tax return. Went it didn't come I called and asked when he filed he said he couldn't file because he didn't have the E-file number. I said why didn't you file it by paper? He said I didn't have your signature. I couldn't believe that was his excuse. On top of that it took an additional 3 months and 6 more calls before I got a copy to file ... read more
