I thought this crew and doctor did a fine job. They all were personable and professional in my opinion. I read these reviews beforehand and was a little skeptical. Glad with the service provided.

Dr. Thomason and his staff are the absolute worst. They want to run a test for every little thing and then they misdiagnosed me. Not only was the diagnosis wrong but I was given medicine for something that I didn't even have and it made extremely sick. After being so sick, I called and they told me that I could stop the medicine because I didn't have what they had diagnosed me with. So, I was given medicine for a 'condition' that I didn't even have. I wouldn't send my dog to this doctor and his staff is the absolute worst.

I have had good and respectful care from Dr. Thompson and the staff. No complaints.

Ditto to all other comments on his staff. It is sad because I was really impressed with him initially too, but his staff will literally hang up on you, talk over you, belittle you, and condescend you.

I watched his video where he introduced himself when he came to Deaconess. I was impressed. So, I changed my primary to be him. Then, I saw him. His staff are seriously the worst, uncompassionate, rude, and please do not expect a smile. As a matter of fact, you’ll feel less than, belittled, and ready to leave before you even meet him. When I finally met HIM at my appt, I felt rushed and I couldn’t wait to leave. He wasn’t horrible. But, he needs to rethink his entire staff. You have to deal with them the most.
