Water leakages are stressful situations. Manny made it better for us TWICE! I hope I wouldn't have to call for his service again, but should the unfortunate happen, I wouldn't call anyone else. Manny is polite, professional, organized, efficient, and honest. Well deserved 5 star review!

One of the old pipes under my home broke. It was a sewage pipe that had become rotten and my crawl space became flooded with raw sewage. I was in a panic and my home smelled really nasty. I called All Action Water Damage and they were able to come out to my home the same day. They gave me a free estimate and even started the work the same day. We needed an assessment of water damage. Manny came equipped to assess 2 areas. He determined there was no need for their services and recommended what next steps we should take. He was very professional. I will definitely seek out Brent The Plumber again.
Brent The Plumber agreed to meet me at my place to help find out what was going on with a bad smell and lots of flies coming out from under the jetted tub. We have an old 1926 house with a low crawl space. He got into the crawl space and took pictures to show the decay of the old cast iron drainage piping and the little pond of yuck that formed.
