Had a very disappointing experience trying to arrange a simple showing for one of the listings. Unfortunately, Heather’s communication was poor, and her approach came across as quite unprofessional and rude!! Brent, I think this is something that seriously needs attention.

Brent is a superb real estate professional. If you are looking for a lot of hand-holding or for someone who will tell you what you want to hear, perhaps you should look elsewhere. But if you looking for an agent that has an extremely strong understanding of the business and for someone who will be dedicated and who will work very hard to achieve success for you, deal with Brent and his exceptional team. Hands down, the best in the business.
