FANTASTIC to work with. Great customer service and always a joy to visit this office (written by a guy who hates going to the dentist). Any time there is a question, it's answered. Any time there's a hard question, it's answered. My entire family uses this dentist office with many friends. Cannot recommend enough.

I am 80 and have had several fine dentists in my lifetime. Dr. Nail is the best. He is a perfectionist and has great talent and skills. He has done several crowns and a permanent bridge for me and they are A+. I think good thoughts of him every time I eat an apple or corn on the cob. Richard Woodward

I called Dr Nail, as an existing patient, bc i needed him to look at a painful tooth that developed over the weekend. Apparently it had been more than a year since my last cleaning and he wouldnt see me unless i scheduled a cleaning first. I explained to him i was in pain and didnt need a cleaning i just needed him to evacuate my painful tooth. Very hard to get a hold of. No one answered my calls during the week. I understand being busy, so I left a thorough and detailed voicemail like the line said to. I’m then texted, and asked to text out my reason for calling, again. Even though I said I left the voicemail. I obliged and texted, asking the question three times if they offer any plans if I’m not using dental insurance, and my question was avoided all three times, giving me irrelevant info, on purpose.
