It’s a corporate run office. Expect to wait for a callback. I am already waiting 10 days to be called back to schedule . The lack of care and respect for the patient is absolutely a disgrace. I am suprised that institutions like that are actually allowed to treat people that way. 3 times I called to get scheduled. All I hear is that they will call me back. Dr. Murchie is such a wonderful person, great energy, very charismatic and caring. He took his time to explain everything in detail and listened to my concerns. I feel like and I know I am in good hands. I highly recommend him.
