Excellent physician and assistant. Terrible schedule keeping.
I was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and COVID. I saw Dr. Arnold following an ER visit. I have several health issues & Dr. Arnold spent over a half hour reviewing my records, choosing the right med for COVID because of Chronic Kidney Disease, and counseling me on home care. I never feel that Dr. Arnold is rushed and spends time reviewing course of treatment and asking if I have questions or concerns. He is the best PCP I've had in my 72 years.
Dr. Arnold is one of the best Physicians with which I have ever been associated. He is competent, attentative, compassionate, and always demonstrates a genuine empathy and care for me as his patient. Always seeking all the pertinent information he can, Dr. Arnold is an intense listener and most capable of clear, complete explanations of details and/or concerns/conditions of which I seek his input.
