Update: I am updating my review to 4 stars. After explaining how I felt, Mr Kuhn scheduled a sit down visit free of charge so we could get on the same page. A lot of it was a misunderstanding because he does everything he can to save costs for the client. After we spoke, per my preference, I worked with him directly through the resolution of my case. I'm going to preface this review by stating that my custody case is ongoing, however I feel compelled to let others know my experience. This attorney came recommended by a friend, so I did zero homework and just went in for a consultation with Brent. I left very informed and confident I will win and get custody. So I made my $2000 retainer fee. I thought I would be working with Brent, but that would not be the case, another lawyer was assigned to me, and Brent didn't warn me of this or give the courtesy of simply introducing... read more
I hired Mr. Kuhn to help me in my divorce case in 2020. I would not recommend him to women seeking a divorce. I never knew what was happening next. He flew by the seat of his pants. After 1 1/2 years of working with him, I left to work with a very capable female attorney & the difference was like night & day. I believe I wasted a lot of money on him. He is condescending & does not do his homework. Beware!
Simply the best attorney in his field! He has represented my wife through our 4 year, extremely complex custody battle like a true expert. Any advice he gives is pure gold! Thank you Brent for your expertise, and support!!
