10 years later and I am still suffering from almost lethal mistake he made during surgery.
Dr. Brent performed surgery on me in December 2017. He's corrected a painful condition that I lived with for 9 months. I am so grateful for his skill and expertise.
I love that Dr. Brent takes time to explain what he's going to do and why he's going to do it. He treats me with respect as well and does not condescend. He's professional but approachable, and he paints clear, realistic pictures--will even draw out what he's going to do during surgery, e.g., the removal of my gall bladder--of what will be done and why it will be done. His advice on when I should have my gall bladder removed--sooner rather than later--probably saved my life--cancer-free!
Dr. Brendt and his staff are amazing.
Ive had 3 surgeries w/Dr. Brent. One outpatient and 2 inpatient @ Ft Walton Medical Center. I have to say honestly I really like Dr. Brents professionalism, he takes his time and really explains thngs thoroughly before and after procedures are performed. I feel very safe and have alot of confidence w/him. I also trust his judgement in referrals that he has given me in regards to my follow up care. If ever I need a surgeon I would most definately go back to Dr. Brent again!
