I have heard nothing about my refinance of my mortgage. I need to call PennyMac this morning to see if my mortgage was paid off. I have an automatic payment to PennyMac. Sent emails to my supposed loan manager located in Virginia. I have a package of pater work and not sure what to do with it. It is the closing documents that needs to be signed. I do not know who now owns my mortgage. I am 75 years old and a 21 year Navy veteran.
