He called me ignorant and ran from the room... Bc he is failing to follow proper procedures from the county.
Brent is great. Very personable. Friendly great personality. The whole practice is great I have even referred a friend. I've only been twice but will definitely be making it family practice
I took my son to see Mr Downing due to our regular provider being out of the office. First encounter was ok, but when we went back for a recheck due to my concern of continued symptoms it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. He was condescending and made me feel silly for bringing my asthmatic child in to be re-evaluated. He was clearly irritated with my questions and said nothing when I apologized for irritating him. It was the worst ever I couldn’t get out fast enough.
