Terrible customer service. No details needed.
I called twice to get information on setting up a policy and both times, whoever I spoke to was INCREDIBLY rude. Not sure if it was two separate girls or just one both times, but I would never use their services because of the way I was treated. Treated me like I was an idiot and kept talking over me. I have never written a bad review for a business ever but it felt well deserved. Brent may be great but I wouldn’t know because I won’t take it any farther than the receptionist.
