Terrible communication. Called to make a vasectomy appointment,gave all info up front. Get a call THE day of that it is actually a consultation NOT the procedure, like a consult and the procedure can't be done in one day?? The staff is rude and uncaring. No one answers the phone, trying to figure out when my husband's next appointment is to get the all clear post vasectomy

Office won’t connect me, I had a vasectomy a month ago and no one can give me my results. Front desk has been no help and has brushed me off every time I call. Dr Sullivan was great through the whole process but now I can’t reach anyone for information. To add insult to injury I asked if I need to set up an appointment to get my results in person and they said “well he’s booked through June”. Do better.

Dr Sullivan was great. Unfortunately their customer service is horrendous. When calling for follow up lab results I was told that it typically takes “about a month for results,” when my previous labs took 4 days to results. This was the second time I had called because the first time a week prior my lab results had not returned however was then told they had a new system and she just couldn’t find them and too please call back. Upon calling back being lied to and told to call a lab because it’s probably their fault. Horrible... read more
