I'm sure Dr. Sullivan is a good Dr as he came recommended to me from a friend. His staff is cold as ice and his flexibility is terrible. I made my appointment over a month in advance and work called me out of town by the time the appointment was approaching. I called two weeks before my initial consult to see if the Dr would see me virtually and I was informed by his "lovely " staff he won't do virtual. My mother is older, disabled and uses a walker. She has MS and moved from NY here and called this doctor for an appointment months ago. She went in today 10 minutes before her appointment and was told the doctor would not see her because she was not 20 minutes early. This is a horrendous way to treat your patients that rely on your help.

Very gentle with my boys during vasectomy. Talked old music the whole time. Easy and quick with no pain. Recommended
