I've just recently purchased a new car from Brent Boddy and have nothing but positives things to say! From start to finish both Mitch and Steve were on point, very informative on the whole sale process from finance options to delivery dates and times. I did have to push them to as wanted the vehicle before a road trip and the guys delivered. Phoned them because we’d been advised they were the place to go when we had a problem with our motorhome engine. Their service department wasn’t able to take my call at the time. I spoke to someone in a different section who promised that someone would get back to me. That never happened. Not impressed!
Aiden and the entire team at Brent Body have been nothing short of amazing through the entire process, while helping us make a new purchase. From the patience, kindness, expertise and generosity they go above and beyond to help us, they really look after everyone that walks through their doors and it has been one the best decisions for us and our family dealing with them. I’m impressed! I live a long way from a Jeep dealer so servicing is a hassle. At the end of last week I was booked onto a last minute trip that needed me to fly from Palmerston North for three days.
