He's a great dentist
Terrible experience. They are far more worried about their fee rather than patient care. Money was brought up at least four times during my appointment despite the fact that the ability to pay was never in question. I waited almost two hours past my appointment time before I even saw Stephens. I left with massive pain. They do not listen to their patients. They are in a rush and barely give you any time. Try anywhere else would be my recommendation.
Had a crown done by him and it was nothing but problems. He did not take the time to carry out a proper exam. Crown was high so he had to adjust it multiple times. Crown was still high so he ground up the opposing healthy tooth to make my bite right. Tried to prescribe me opioids to make me go away!! What if I become an addict like on tv? Has he heard of the opioid crisis?
